A MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS
As many of you have already witnessed personally in some shape or form, we are currently living in a different world than we are used to. Covid has caused many strains on the economy and production of goods. Although sales of pretty much all commodities are at an all time high as compared to previous years, access to products seems to be at an all time low. We have been able to secure adequate material to continue to fulfill our orders but in this current state, we are closely watching how we use the material that we do have available. This means that we are currently not accepting any custom orders and will only be offering our normal stocking items. Since January 2021, the cost of our material has risen 100% and will continue to rise as time progresses. RLK Services has always based its business practices on quality at a reasonable price, but with raw materials on the rise, we must also adjust our prices. We do not like going up on our prices but we cannot control where the market values are at on our raw materials. We will keep our price increases as minimal as possible while continuing to offer the same high quality products that you have come to expect from RLK Services. Thanks for the continued support and understanding. Without our awesome customers, we wouldn't be where we are today!
